Silence! I Keeeellll You!

On our very first official date back in 1991, SuperHubby and I went to a comedy club. The headliner was a young ventriloquist who was seriously funny. A couple of years ago we stumbled across a TV comedy special that was by this very same comedian/ventriloquist named Jeff Dunham. The cable show was clearly edited for content as we let the kids watch it but when we rented the DVD the jokes were a little more adult and the kids were banned. They loved this guy though, so much so that Giggles wanted a ventriloquist puppet and Ace went around repeating many of the lines to anyone he could get to listen. Even us, who had seen the show with him. But they were funny and we laughed with him, and at him a little because we're those kinds of parents.

He's more well known now and his latest Christmas special was just recently on Comedy Central and so inappropriate and unpolicially correct, which just makes it even funnier. Achmed The Dead Terrorist alone is worth the time spent in front the computer screen ignoring all other responsibilities.

Go watch. You'll laugh.
